Music isn't an industry but the composition of sounds and soul to create vibes that people can dance to, relate with and/or be inspired by. A soul that can be felt through sound is played for generations. It's art done for love not fame or money. Lyrics don't always hit home but the sound of songs that never gets old, now THAT'S music. Songs where people were putting their heart and stories into it and the song makes you feel as though you're experiencing it with them. Artist can create vibes so strong the emotion they fed into their art can alter others moods. Vibes that you can live with day to day is the goal.

Freestyles with Guys

In this era freestyles with the guys is how most people discover they enjoy making music. Those are the best times with vibes that we laugh about and enjoy so much we start talking about getting into studios or finding different ways to record. Some artist are just bred to be one. ZRZ though was made with guys, no specific genre just good times with all types of sounds. After a while it became our pass time without even realizing it, we did it so much for fun, profit never crossed our mind because it wasn't just music in our eyes it was an industry where things have to be a certain way for trends and to be certain person to please the public. Yea. It's a no for me dawg. Now Tiktok, Instagram and Twitch are making people rich off their talent through personal branding and marketing. Now it's time to try to turn this whole hobby into "something worth something" so I hit the drawing board and trust me when I say ZRZ went through a lot of names before landing on ZRZ Official.

The Man with The Money Plan

Most people are contempt with being average and living a regular day to day life but, what about the dreamers, the hustlers, the warriors, the entertainers, the people who live outside of the ordinary? Are they born that way or what happened to make them that way? Some just want it, like a fire in they stomach and chopping the wood, the work, that's what keeps them going. The secret is simple, be so good at what you do, people want to pay you for it, over and over again. Whether it be a hobby or interest or just something your good at, enjoy being good at it and getting better at it. That is what makes the man with the money plan. Can you be consistent and follow through what you put together or will you stop when it get heavy because maybe this isn't for you? Being persistent through those doubtful thoughts is what separates those who finish from those who don't. This is the money plan as you all will witness, the sell is mentality, becoming the better you that you desire. You know better so do better, again it always comes down to those who do and those who don't. Are you the best you, the version of you that did what they were supposed to, that didn't keep losing that smalls battles against themselves? None of us are, no matter who or where you are there was and is room for improvement. You want to get something you've never had you have to do something you've never done. What's ZRZ money plan? The Stand with The Man in The Mirror

In an empty room with nothing but a mirror with a reflection that could tell you all the harsh truths you bury, turn away from, and deny. Would the mind crumble, mold, be consumed or would it overcome those truths? Would you even walk into the room to begin with and sit and grow through it? Sessions staring into the soul and seeing potential for growth and knowing the work put in isn't nearly enough to achieve the image you see possible in front of your eyes. Soon the work you put in isn't good enough and you'll want more, more than what you thought to be your best effort because you sense you can do more. It's just the feeling of fatigue and/or doubt holding back that potential but learning to ignore those feelings and push through and achieve until there's nothing left in the tank. Not when the gas light turns on but when you shutdown because the tank is empty because you gave every last drop. That's when the desired change takes place, doing the extra mile, moving when you think you can't, taking the risk when no one else will, that's what makes the difference in being average and being great. The will to achieve more for no other reason then to see the growth of self is what makes the greats. That what's going to make ZRZ, there is no competition outside, just making the man in the mirror proud, overcoming again and again. Having faith in the gifts given, taking advantage of opportunities given and understanding the power in self-discipline.

The Climb of Faith

The term leap of faith is common, but what about the climb before the leap. When you don't have all the tools needed to climb, when you start walking (doing) and trust that the pieces you need to keep climbing will come. Faith that you'll make it when don't have the tools you need but knowing, things will workout better moving rather than waiting for the set of tools to be ready. The idea of choosing to start and being willing to fail and learn from it to grow and to continue growing is a climb of faith. No guarantee of actually achieving what you set out for but, if you don't move at all and wait, you gain nothing. Learning to be excited and eager for the journey and not the destination is what's its all about. As ZRZ preps for to take his climb of faith, the excitement will always be in the journey, where memories are made, will is tested and purpose is found. If you have made it this far, I am thankful and want to encourage you to start. Whether you feel as though you have all the pieces or not. Learn through experience and doing, the only thing stopping you is you. Every small decision matters, being overly accountable for actions and situations. Not getting frustrated and examining where you can improve or what area you were lacking and accepting it and working on it. NO, its not always fun, NO, its not for everyone but It is your journey and you'll never know what's possible until you try, try and then try again.
